This privacy policy covers the Scopia marketing website (scopia.app). It does not cover the Scopia application, which is subject to separate data processing agreements with our customers.
When you submit a contact or demo request form on our website, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization
- Role / job title
- Country
- Any additional information you choose to provide in the message field

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM for as long as necessary to process your request and maintain the business relationship. If no business relationship is established, data is deleted within 24 months of submission.

Your data is primarily processed within the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g., HubSpot or Vercel infrastructure), transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
